RoutineStamp Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

RoutineStamp is a private routine-support app for people who know each other. We do not sell personal information, serve behavioral advertising, or track users across apps and websites.

Information we process

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate your account, sync your private routine space, deliver requested notifications, provide sharing and safety features, understand which features are used, diagnose crashes, and operate the service. Analytics events do not include routine titles, notes, photos, or personal messages.

Sharing and storage

Routine content is shared only with the person connected to your Circle according to the app's visibility rules. Routine content is stored using Supabase infrastructure. Apple and Google process sign-in information under their own privacy policies. Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics process usage and diagnostic information for us. We do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

Records and shared receipts

RoutineStamp uses text records and does not upload, display, or retain routine photos. Privacy-safe Stamp Receipts exclude names, routine titles, and personal messages by default.

Retention and deletion

You can disconnect from another person without giving a reason. You can permanently delete your account from the Account section in the app. Account deletion removes your server-side account and associated personal content, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Your choices

Usage analytics and diagnostics are off by default in the updated app. You can choose each separately at first launch and change or withdraw your choices in Circle → Help improve the app. All features remain available without sharing. Withdrawal stops future custom events; Crashlytics applies its automatic reporting change on the next launch. It does not erase data already received by Google. Older app versions do not have these controls. You may disable notifications in iOS Settings, disconnect or block a connected person, submit a safety report, sign out, or delete your account.

Children

RoutineStamp is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
